EPPOSUN has 43 plastic injection machines, locking force from 50 tons to 1200 tons, we are committed to making over-molded, insert-molded, 2K injection molded, silicone compression molded, CNC machined and metal stamped parts for worldwide customers rely on their excellent manufacturing capabilities in Shenzhen and Dongguan China, no matter 500pcs or 50,000pcs, all orders an parts will be made and delivered base on 100% inspection.

EPPOSUN works with professional industrial designers, engineers, and startup companies to help them realize their ideas into reality, including ID, MD, and DFM. We help customers get a good budget from making parts by 3D printing, urethane (vacuum) casting, and CNC machining which avoids potential mechanical design risks, control cost efficiently.

EPPOSUN is equipped with 4 sets of slow wire-cutting machines from Sodick and AgieCharmilles, 6 high-speed CNC machines, 12 EDM machines, and 10 drilling and milling machines.

Since 2004, EPPOSUN insists on using LKM mold base instead of other brands and can make the HASCO & DME standards whatever customers required. We do also use a 2D projector and 3D CMM to keep the right dimensions, the dimensions deviation can reach +/-0.001 mm.
