EPPO is a single connection for customize product from prototype to production. Following more than 10 years of good governace, EPPO has developed into a professional plastic and silicone mold manufacturer, injection molder and new project developer. The product types range from automotive parts, home appliance, funiture accessories, consumer electronics. To meet customer's complicated project needs, we teamed up with Industrial Design Studio, Rapid Porotype Workshop, Metal Stamping Factory, Die Casting Factory and Assembly Factory to provide customers one-stop turnkey service from Product Design Optimization, Prototyping to Production, Assemblying and Shipping. 

Plastic Factory: 150 employees, 15 engineers, 4 QC staffs. 15set Plastic Injection Machines, 21set Dual color injection machines locking force range from 80Tons to 380Tons.

Silicone compression molding factory:40 employees, 4 engineers, 3 QC staffs. 15 Compression Molding Machines, locking force range from 80Tons to 350Tons.

Industrial Design Studio:10 Industrial Designers, they use software UG, PRO-E, SOLIWORKS, CATIA and PS.

Rapid Prototyping Workshop: 20 CNC machines, the Maximum Processing Stroke is 1.5m*1.2m. 10 3D printers.

 Metal Stamping Factory:10000 square meters, 200+ staffs, 20 QC staffs, 10 sets oil pressure machines, 12 sets stamping mchines, 8 punched machines.

Die Casting Factory: 7 sets LKM High Pressure Die Casting Machines range from 120Tons to 650Tons.

Assembly Factory:10 assembly lines, 20 staffs working for one assembly line, 4 battery aging test machine, 5 PVC compression molding machine, 8 Ultrasonic welding machines, 10 silkscreen printing machines.

The MOQ requirement:

No limited for prototypes.

For production: 1000pcs per order for mass production, less than 1000pcs, reasonable set up fee will be charged for each mold.

No limited for Maxium.

Payment Terms:

T/T, West Union, Samples or less than $2000 PayPal is acceptable.
